Create an account
Use an email address you can access. The password must contain at least eight characters; confirm it and review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before accepting.
- Choose Sign up and enter your email and password.
- Accept the terms and submit the form.
- Enter the six-digit code sent to your email.
- If needed, wait for the resend countdown, request a new code, and use the newest code.
Sign in with Google
Choose the Google sign-in option. Complete the account selection and consent in your browser, then allow the authentication flow to return to Oneslice. Keep the app open while completing the browser step. If the return fails, reopen Oneslice and retry rather than sharing the sign-in URL.
Reset a forgotten password
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Enter your account email, request the reset code, verify that code, and choose and confirm a new password. Resend is subject to the displayed cooldown. Never give a support agent your password or verification code.
Change a password or log out
Settings → General shows your account email and the password change control. Password changes use email verification; the app does not display your current password. The Log out confirmation signs out sessions across devices, so read it before confirming.
Troubleshoot verification
Check spam and that the address is correct. A later resend can supersede an earlier code. If verification keeps failing, use the newest code and avoid repeatedly submitting old ones. Contact support with the error message and Current Build, without the code itself.
