Choose a processing model
Open Intelligence settings and choose Standard or Enhanced in Processing Model. Standard is the everyday processor. Enhanced is available to Premium and above with applicable credits; the UI can lock the option when no usable credits remain. Check the account's live availability rather than assuming a plan name alone guarantees a request.
Ask about your screen
With Enhanced enabled and available, explicitly ask about the current screen: ‘I have the Project board open on my screen. What should I focus on next?’ Have the relevant board visible on the primary screen. Context is request-driven; do not assume the app continuously watches every display or can read a hidden window.
Ask about selected text
Select the phrase in the source app, keep it selected, and ask ‘What does this phrase mean?’ You can request explanation, summarization, or rewriting. For a longer document, select the relevant passage instead of assuming the entire PDF has been read.
Focused-field context
Enhanced can use text in a focused input where supported, including when no text is selected. Focus the actual editor you want to discuss. Editor permissions and app compatibility can affect what context is obtainable. If necessary, include the text in your request or select a smaller passage.
Credits, fallback, and privacy
Enhanced can combine supported actions and continue beyond Standard's applicable daily turn allowance while Enhanced credits remain. It can also use a transcription/text-processing fallback when the live path is unavailable; this still requires internet. Screen and text context may be sent for AI processing. Review the app's context notice and avoid requesting context from a screen containing information you do not want processed.
