01

Speak naturally

You do not need to recite perfect sentences. A phrase such as ‘Hi Maya, um, the proposal, the updated proposal is ready’ can become a cleaner sentence without the hesitation. Speak the actual message rather than describing what the app should write unless you are using an explicit formatting command.

02

Correct yourself out loud

Make corrections clear: ‘Meet on Tuesday — actually, Wednesday.’ Oneslice can use the explicit correction to keep Wednesday rather than both days. For an important amount, address, or deadline, review the result before using it.

03

Keep your meaning

Cleanup should preserve uncertainty, intent, and the substance of what you said. It does not verify factual accuracy or supply missing facts. If you want a new draft or an explanation, ask Assistant instead of expecting dictation cleanup to create it.

04

Improve a recurring name

Add a frequently misheard name or term in Dictionary. A definition can clarify its meaning; a replacement mapping can expand a spoken keyword when Auto Replace Keywords is enabled. Clear microphone input and the right speech language also help reduce repeated corrections.
